Jyotsna has been with the company since its inception in 2014. She has been a pillar of strength and inspiration for the company.
Despite being a young entrepreneur, her extensive business experience, expertise and quiet demeanor have been instrumental in formulating and executing the company’s core strategy, leading to significant growth over the years.
While Dunex might not be the fastest-growing company, it has undeniably experienced consistent growth, largely attributed to Jyotsna’s unwavering work ethics. She is an invaluable asset to the organization.
Kajal holds a Post Graduate degree in Pharmacy from an institution of repute and is a highly experienced professional. She spearheads the Regulatory and Plant Personnel departments and is also responsible for developing the company’s global business through registrations in various countries.
With a decade of experience at various corporations, Kajal has a proven track record of registering the products with different stringent regulatory authorities across globe and she also managed various stringent plant audits e.g. FDA, EUGMP, PICS, FDA- Philippine’s to name a few.
Kajal has been associated with Dunex for over 3 years and is a core member of the management team.
Murthy is Doctor of Philosophy(PhD) in the field of Human Resources Management.
Started career in pharmaceutical sales and transitioned into Training & Development. Engaged in facilitation and change management workshops apart from training. Later transitioned into Human Resources, and risen to the level of Head – HR with one of the reputed retail organizations in the country.
Murthy has keen interests in HR automation followed by understanding and implementing capabilities on Analytics, AI and ML areas and was invited to be on the Board as an whole time Director for NuFuture Digital India Ltd., a fully owned captive unit of Future Group.
Murthy has a broad industry and functional domain knowledge and has been asset to whichever organizations he had been associated with in the past to present. Has an overall 33 years of industry experience. He is passionate about training and an avid reader of Management Books. Murthy has been associated with Dunex for the last 5 Years and manages the entire technical matters of the company.
